- Short Let Villas with Swimming Pool from € 150 daily
- Short Let Villas without Swimming Pool from € 100 daily
- Short Let Apartments with Swimming Pool from € 50 daily
- Short Let Apartments without Swimming Pool from € 30 daily
Lower rates are possible for properties without air conditioning, or older properties.
Farmhouses with or without pool will usually fetch the same prices as villas.
Daily and weekly rates are usually discounted by up to even 50% for medium term rentals of 1 to 3 months. However in such cases the water and electrical consumption is not included in the price.
Booking Procedure
On booking a non-refundable 25 % deposit is usually required, and balance of 75% is to be paid by three weeks prior to arrival.
